1. About Betwise
Betwise ("we", "us", the "Platform") is a statistical sports analysis service operated from Tbilisi, Georgia. We provide AI-assisted predictions, confidence scores, and historical data for football, basketball, tennis and ice hockey matches. The Platform is not a betting operator, sportsbook, or gambling facilitator, and no wagers of any kind are placed or accepted through the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that the information you provide (name, email, Georgian phone number) is accurate and that the account belongs to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. Nature of the Service — No Gambling
All content on the Platform — including predictions, "Free Picks of the Day", confidence scores, form data, and head-to-head statistics — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, a guarantee of outcome, or an invitation to gamble. Past accuracy (including any displayed accuracy percentage) does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided.
5. Wallet, Top-ups and Unlocks
Registered users may top up a virtual in-app wallet and spend the balance to unlock full match analyses (currently 1 ₾ per unlock). The wallet has no cash value outside the Platform, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be withdrawn. Top-ups are final; refunds are issued only where required by applicable Georgian consumer-protection law or where a technical failure on our side prevented delivery of the unlocked content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Platform's content;
- use automated tools to create accounts or generate unlocks;
- attempt to bypass payment, authentication, or rate-limiting;
- use the Platform for any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its branding, UI, generated analyses, and compiled statistics are owned by Betwise or its licensors. Raw match data is sourced from third-party sports-data providers and remains the property of those providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that live scores reflect the real-time state of a match. External data feeds may be delayed or incorrect.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, Betwise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform — including, without limitation, any loss incurred by a user on a third-party betting site based on information seen here.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the wallet system, or engage in fraudulent payment activity. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
